Who are we?

ACE Education is a small limited liability partnership (LLP) providing advice and information for parents on education issues in England and training and consultancy services for education professionals.  Our registered office is ACE Education, 72 Durnsford Road, London N11 2EJ. Our LLP number is OC378964.

How do we collect data from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our services for example when you book a place on a training course, when you sign up to receive communications from us or purchase a booklet from us.

What type of data is collected?

The personal data we collect might include your name, address, telephone number and email address.  If you access the ACE website as an anonymous user we do not store or capture your personal information, apart from logging your IP address that is automatically recognised by our web server.  We do not use cookies for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of our web server.

If you purchase an advice booklet from our website your payment information is not collected by us, it is collected by PayPal, our third party payment processor.  You can access the Paypal Privacy Policy here

How is your personal data used?

We use your personal data to:

  • carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and ACE
  • send you communications that may be of interest to you as a previous customer or communications which you have consented to.

We will retain your data for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or to fulfill any statutory obligations.

Who can access your data?

We will not sell, rent or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third party service providers

We may pass your data to our third party service providers so that they can complete tasks and provide services to you on our behalf.

We use Mailchimp to manage our subscription lists and to send our marketing emails.  We will only disclose the personal data that is necessary for Mailchimp to deliver the service and Mailchimp will only use the data as agreed.  You can view the Mailchimp privacy policy here 

How we keep your personal data secure

All personal data you provide to us will be stored securely, both physically and electronically.  We have put in place technical and organisational security measures to minimise the possibility of the loss or unauthorised access of your personal data.
