Appealing for a School

Appealing for a School

It can be very upsetting for you and your child if they do not get offered a place at one of your preferred schools. Parents have the right to make an appeal to an independent appeal panel. This booklet helps parents and carers to understand the appeals process so they know what to expect. It also offers guidance on how to prepare a case to present to the appeal panel, with tips and advice on how to make the case as strong as possible.
